Orders normally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an e-mail notification when the order ships. Orders may be cancelled before they ship by sending us an e-mail request to cancel the order. The easiest way to do so is to click Contact Us in the information box to the left. Once an order has shipped, an item may only be returned if it is defective, and may only be exchanged for a non-defective copy of the same item.
